Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how Recurlo ("the App"), developed by UiFusion, handles your information. Recurlo is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy: your data belongs to you and stays on your device.

1. Location Data Transparency

Recurlo’s primary functionality depends on context-awareness, specifically spatial triggers (Geofencing).

• Background Access: The App requires "Allow all the time" location permissions to monitor your proximity to your defined "Zones" in the background.
• Local Processing: All geofence evaluations and pass-through logic occur entirely within the local app sandbox.
• No Tracking: We do not maintain a remote history of your movements. While the app may show you local "Heatmaps" of your productivity, this data is stored only on your device and never leaves it.

2. Data Collection & Local Storage

We do not require account creation. All your personal data is stored in a private, secure database on your Android device:

• Reminders & Triggers: Your titles, descriptions, and logic (Wi-Fi SSIDs, Bluetooth IDs, etc.) are local.
• Activity Logs: Historical logs of when a trigger was met are used for your local insights and are never uploaded.
• Deletion: All locally stored data is permanently deleted if you uninstall the App.

3. Third-Party Services & Diagnostics

To provide a stable and high-quality experience, Recurlo uses certain third-party services provided by Google:

• Firebase Crashlytics: We use this to collect anonymous diagnostic data (such as stack traces, device model, and OS version) when the app crashes. This helps us ensure app stability. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.
• Google Play Billing: This service handles all premium subscriptions and purchases. Recurlo receives only a confirmation of your subscription status; we do not have access to your credit card or payment details.
• Google Play In-App Reviews: This allows you to rate the app within the interface. These interactions are governed directly by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Device Permissions

Beyond location, Recurlo requires other permissions to function as a background context engine:

• Physical Activity: Used to detect walking, running, or driving states for movement-based triggers.
• Exact Alarms: Required to ensure your time-based reminders fire at the exact second they are scheduled.
• Overlays: Allows "High Priority" reminders to display important alerts over other applications.
• Foreground Services: The App uses the location and connectedDevice types to monitor your proximity to zones and connectivity to Bluetooth/Wi-Fi devices while minimized.
• Special Use: We utilize a "Special Use" initialization state to ensure the context engine can safely restore your active reminders immediately after a device reboot, preventing system crashes on modern Android versions.

5. Children's Privacy

Recurlo is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

6. Data Retention & Privacy Rights

Because your data is stored locally, you have total control over it. You can delete individual reminders or clear all app data at any time via the Android Settings menu. We do not retain any of your reminder data once the app is uninstalled.
